Finalising my presentation

As I am putting the final touches to my presentation I thought it was appropriate to post about my journey so far. 

My task

Looking back at my notes I had a clear vision on what I wanted to investigate from the start linked to my drive to give every pupil the chance to reach their potential therefore I have focused on AP - alternative provision. 

There will always be conflict between teaching students to be resilient and moral through PSHE, work experience and enrichment and the need to focus on the curriculum. Unfortunately in schools now we are pushed to get good figures for the academic routes rather than focus on individual successes. For some pupils to leave school with improved self esteem is a success; for others  to get through school without being excluded or receiving a fine for poor attendance is a success and others will feel they have been successful if they have achieved good grades. Success for different people is measured in different ways and should not be measure solely on school figures as within every figure is a justified case study of why some individuals cannot meet what was expected from them. I wont add too much on here about that as you will learn more during my presentation.

My Leadership

"Effective communication creates an efficient team!"

Learning style - I am an accommodating person as I had predicted as I like to put things into action, get things done, take risks but be adaptable and accommodate changes.

My leadership style is visionary - this made sense to me as I like things to lead in my direction 

Considering the above I do wonder if after my personal development this year whether I would get the same outcome - maybe after the presentation is done I will complete them again and let you all know of any changes.
